These terms govern use of Elliott County Inmate Population. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. Continued use means you accept these rules, including the limits on official records, third-party tools, FCRA-covered uses, and Kentucky law.

Elliott County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with Elliott County government, Sheriff Ray Craft, Jailer Dustin Kelley, Little Sandy Correctional Complex, Kentucky DOC, KOOL, VINELink, BOP, ICE, or any court. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening services.

What This Site Is

This site is a private public-records reference for Elliott County, Kentucky. It does not store official jail rosters, booking photos, court files, DOC records, or federal custody records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, file a court document, or change a government record.

The site points visitors toward resources such as sheriff and jailer contacts, Little Sandy Correctional Complex information, Kentucky Online Offender Lookup, Kentucky court dockets, DOC open records, VINELink, BOP lookup, ICE lookup, and third-party search tools.

Use Rules

  • Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, tenant reports, employment reports, or insurance-screening reports. You agree not to use anything from this site or a linked partner tool for FCRA-covered purposes, including:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or workplace screening.
  • Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
  • Credit, lending, debt collection, or insurance decisions.
  • Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA or similar laws.

Outside Links

The site links to public offices, jail and corrections resources, Kentucky public-record materials, legal information, and outside search services. Those websites control their own records, uptime, terms, prices, and privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the outside site or guarantee its results.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee:

  • That any record, address, phone number, court date, charge, custody status, or locator result is complete, current, or accurate.
  • That access will be continuous or error-free.
  • That the site will be free of bugs, security flaws, or interruptions.
  • That a partner search will return every possible record.

Jail, DOC, court, BOP, ICE, and VINELink information can change at any time. Nothing on this site is an official statement from a sheriff, jailer, corrections department, court, prosecutor, or government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elliott County Inmate Population is not liable for damages, losses, costs, missed deadlines, wrong decisions, or other harm connected to use of the site, inability to use the site, or reliance on linked resources.

Indemnification

You agree to hold the site, its owners, and its service providers harmless from claims, damages, costs, and legal fees that arise from your use of the site, misuse of information, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Kentucky Law

These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Any dispute related to the site must be filed in a court located in Kentucky, unless a different venue is required by law. Kentucky public-record questions remain subject to Kentucky statutes, including KRS 61.870, KRS 61.872, and KRS 61.878.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The invalid part should be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
